Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Förarprov Watch (“we”, “us”, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Förarprov Watch monitors the availability of driving‑test slots at Trafikverket and notifies you when a slot matching your criteria becomes bookable. For Pro users who enable auto‑reserve, the Service can hold (reserve) a matching slot for a short time so you can log in to Trafikverket and complete the booking yourself.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Trafikverket.

Eligibility & authorisation

You must be old enough to take a Swedish driving test and have a valid Trafikverket account. By connecting your Trafikverket session, you authorise us to act on your behalf — to search for slots and, if you enable auto‑reserve, to reserve a matching slot for you.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Comply with Trafikverket’s own terms and rules.
• Complete, pay for, and attend any booking yourself. The Service never pays for a test and never finalises a booking on your behalf.
• Use the Service only for your own legitimate test bookings.

Auto‑reserve — important limitations

Auto‑reserve only holds a slot temporarily; it does not pay for or confirm a booking. A hold is time‑limited and may expire before you complete it. We cannot guarantee that any slot will become available, that a reservation will succeed, that a held slot will remain held, or that you will obtain a test. You are solely responsible for logging in and finalising the booking in time.

Subscriptions & payments

• Pro features are sold as auto‑renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
• Prices may change with notice where required. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non‑refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, reverse‑engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate any law or any third party’s terms (including Trafikverket’s).

Third‑party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Trafikverket and the app stores). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free, or that it will result in a booked test. We are not responsible for missed slots, failed reservations, notification delays, or changes to Trafikverket’s systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed test or fees paid to Trafikverket. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
