Delete your account

You can delete your Förarprov Watch account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open the app and go to Account → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email info@tartly.se from a device that can connect with the same BankID / personnummer, or include enough detail for us to identify your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your watches and search criteria.
• Your booking/reservation history and notifications.
• Your Trafikverket connection — the encrypted personnummer and session are permanently erased.
• Your phone number and notification (push) tokens.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, payment/transaction records held by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which are managed by those stores). Any active subscription is managed and cancelled in your store account; deleting the app account does not cancel a store subscription.
